1. BLACK BELT CERTIFICATION TRAINING PROGRAM

Duration: Total 14 days + Project work.
Dates: August 6- 8, 2008
September 9-12, 2008
October 21-24, 2008 and
November 18-20, 2008.
Projects: November 2008- February, 2009
Date of Final Examination: December 16, 2008

Course fee: Rs. 30,000/- + service tax (12.36%)
This includes course material, lunch and refreshment.

For Black Belt course send participant details along with bio-data before July 4, 2008. Selected participants will be informed by Fax or e-mail to deposit course fee before July 14, 2008.

PROGRAMME ON SIX SIGMA MASTER BLACK BELT

Duration: Total 10 days
Dates: February 16-21, 2009 and March 16-19, 2009
Date of Examination: March 20, 2009.

Course fee: Rs. 25,000/- + service tax (12.36%)
This includes course material, lunch and refreshment.

For Master Black Belt course send your participant details along with bio-data to Course Coordinator before January 15, 2009. Selected participants will be informed by Fax or e-mail to deposit course fee before January 30, 2009.

3. PROGRAM ON SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT TRAINING

Dates:
(i) April 15-17, 2008.
(ii) July 16-18, 2008.
(iii) September 24-26, 2008. (Note: Registration is closed for September Batch)
(iv) December 3-5, 2008. (Note: Registration is closed for December Batch)
(v) February 10-12, 2009. (Note: Registration is closed for February 2009 Batch)

Course Fee: Rs. 4000/- per participant + Service tax (12.36%)
This includes course material, lunch and refreshment
